Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Retail customers may cancel or exchange their order by returning the purchased items to Evesham Emporium within 14 days from the receipt date of the goods. A refund of the full value of the goods, less the original delivery charges, will be made as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days from date the order was returned to Evesham Emporium. All returns must be sent back Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and Evesham Emporium do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

For exchanges, simply return your purchases within 14 days of receipt and replacement goods will be sent out by return. An additional delivery charge may apply.
